Robert is the Head of Corporate Strategy & Development at Forge Health, an outpatient behavioral health organization. In this role, he advises and supports senior management in making strategic decisions across all business functions.

Prior to joining Forge Health, Robert was an Investment Banking Associate at SVB Securities and Jefferies, specializing in healthcare. His experience also includes serving as a Board Member for HERhealthEQ, a non-profit organization focused on global health equity.

Robert earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Financial Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He is deeply involved in his community, serving as an Economic Development Advisor to the Village of Dobbs Ferry and as Vice President of the PTSA for Dobbs Ferry High School.

Additionally, Robert is an active volunteer with The LOFT LGBTQ+ Community Center in White Plains, NY, and the Founder of the Westchester LGBTQ+ Education Fund, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to LGBTQ+-identifying students pursuing higher education.

Robert resides in Dobbs Ferry, NY, with his partner, Emmett, and their two dogs, Jake and Arlo.
